Throughout my interaction with the courses, I have been extremely satisfied. They provide exceptional value and biblical, practical ministry knowledge, as well as the tools for planning and executing a successful youth ministry.
— Rich Walsh
I finished the courses feeling like a deep sense of accomplishment. I feel like I have grown. These courses allow me to both prepare for and practice youth ministry.
— Mary Jones
My first leadership course helped clarify my thoughts on my career transition and gave me guidance on what I needed to do. The course was biblically sound, flexible, relevant, edifying, and Apostolic.

1 - Evangelize: Plugged In
Have a clear idea of where you want to be both in the near and distant future. You need to identify the deep sources of your happiness and clearly distinguish the means from the goals.
3 - Educate: Walking the Walk
Self-development is not a static thing, but a dynamic process. Life is changing and you will also see huge changes in yourself through your self-development process.
2 - Equip: Rooted in Christ
You have a unique purpose in life and a unique set of strengths and abilities. Life direction coaching is a process for exploring who you are and what you need in a way that’s supportive and guided.
4 - Empower: Fighting the Fight
It’s not just about finding a new career direction or a hobby to take up. It’s about finding a way of being that suits the person you want to be, but also the person you need to be. Sometimes this means re-evaluating your career path.
